A destination wedding is so much more than just a ceremony or an individual trip, but rather an entire weekend of celebrating love with your friends and family in attendance. It is meant to be an event that people will talk about and cherish the memories for many years to come. I am here to ensure that experience starts now and lasts all the way through your trip return. Below is an outline of what you can expect when you hire me as your Destination Wedding Expert.
- We will Eliminate the hassle and confusion that comes with doing your own online research. It is my mission to help you avoid overpaying for your accommodations or falling victim to any confusing or misleading offers that don’t align with your vision.
- I will hand pick up to three destinations and five resorts that best match your ideal wedding vision. We’ll choreograph the best dates and comps for you so that your guests have the best possible experience at the best possible price. Now, you can focus on the tiny details that make your wedding special instead of worrying about whether or not the venue or the date is the right one.
- I will ensure that you understand the differences in rooms block contract vs flexible group arrangements. I will Negotiate a group contract with a Tour Operator/wholesaler to offer the best pricing available, secure availability, and other complimentary amenities available. I will also set up flexible payment plans for all of your guests. And, best of all, you won’t have to deal with Aunt Sally and her 27 questions about how she’ll find a ride from the airport to the resort. We got her!
- My job is to let you be the wedding couple, not the travel agent. This is why you will have a single point of contact for guests attending the wedding to arrange group travel plans. Flexible payment plans are available for all guests up until the full payment deadline. Monthly invoicing, final payment reminders, and all-around personalization of your guests’ vacation needs for their trip. – Travel Booking Services to you and your guests are complimentary.*

"Destination Weddings Expert was so wonderful helping plan our dream wedding. They instantly became our best friends, and made the experience so fun! Everyone kept telling me how stressful planning is, and you just want it to be over, and in our case I never wanted it to end! They helped put me at ease every step of the way. They were always 2 steps ahead of me, which trust me, must be their super power. Our wedding went perfect, our travel home did not. But they were to the rescue! After our flight was cancelled out of Cancun, they instantly called their contact and put us in a honeymoon suite at the Hard Rock so we didn't have to stay in a yucky motel. To make things even better, there was champagne and a sweet note from them to make our extra last night one to remember! When we got on the airplane the next day, they had already submitted our travel insurance form and happily we just got the check yesterday refunding us a little over half of our expenses for the cancellation.
