It’s that time again: Wedding Album Review! It’s time to chat with a couple about their destination wedding experience and get an insider’s view on what made it meaningful, fun, and extraordinary.

Will: Why did you choose a destination wedding?
The Gutierrez': For the fun factor!
Will: How many attendees did you have?
What kind of experience did you envision your guests having?
The Gutierrez': About 40. We wanted our guests to have an excellent party vibe in a gorgeous tropical setting.
Will: What was one part of planning your wedding that you knew you couldn't have done alone? How did having a Destination Wedding Specialist help with that?
The Gutierrez': Booking the rooms!! It can get crazy. I'm so glad we had Will to take care of it all!
Will: What piece of advice would you give to couples who are just starting the planning process?
The Gutierrez': Breathe. You will need help. Someone to keep you centered and to think of all the things you won't.
Will: What’s one “extra” you’re super glad you splurged on? What surprised you the most about your wedding?
The Gutierrez': The DJ and the celebratory booze cruise the day after. I was most surprised by how amazing everything turned out. It was perfect.
Will: If you could choose three words to describe your wedding, what would they be?

Will: What is your favorite memory from your big day?
The Gutierrez': Walking down the aisle.
Working with Selena was such a delight. She was fun, easy-going, and kind. Their wedding with a beautiful Mexican Fiesta theme was stunning but it did not stop there. Once her family and friends headed home, we kept the fun going and the Gutierrez' stay in Riviera Maya for a 5 nights luxury honeymoon at Unico 2087 with a ton of pampering, excursions, and spa treatments... no better way to start their newlywed life, right? We think so.
